C-arm Angio is a medtech start-up that has developed out of a need to improve the intraoperative comfort of patients in the cath lab. I have developed an armboard for right radial coronary angiography/plasty and an anaesthesia screen to assist clinicians during interventional and diagnostic cardiology, vascular and radiology procedures in the cath lab.

I am a Critical Care trained registered nurse with 27 years experience. I currently work in the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory and practice anaesthetics within the Operating Theatres of a private hospital in Melbourne, Australia.

The regulatory pathway to bring a novel medical device to market is a challenge to navigate. I am privileged to have this opportunity as I work towards commercialisation of my devices.
